Abstract
The study was aimed to analyze the implications of product quality, price, and place on consumer satisfaction in the production of food crop seeds at UPT Paiton Probolinggo. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study are consumers who use rice seed products from food crop seed production at UPT Paiton Probolinggo. The sample is used by non-probability sampling, totaling 40 respondents with the determination of each variable multiplied by 10. Using primary data in the form of questionnaires obtained by researchers through direct interviews with respondents and secondary data relevant to the study, through testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, with the F test. and t test as a hypothesis test through multiple linear regression analysis with the results that: product quality, price and place silmutaneous affect consumer satisfaction and partially. Product quality and place have a significant effect on satisfaction except price has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The thing that needs attention for the manager is the price of the product, how to design a price that makes a significant contribution to customer satisfaction.
