Abstract

The lack of managerial ability in preparing financial reports and annual reports based on information systems in Probolinggo City needs attention and is a gap that must be immediately found a solution. This is not in line with government policy which encourages digitalization in the preparation of financial and annual reports. The aim of this service is that cooperatives under the guidance of the Dekopinda of Probolinggo City have increased knowledge and ability to prepare information system-based financial reports so that they will be able to overcome managerial problems in the competence of preparing financial reports and annual reports. The method used is providing assistance, training, and discussions with cooperative administrators related to the digitization of financial and annual reports. As a result of the mentoring and implementation of training, all participants stated that they experienced increased knowledge in preparing financial reports and annual repots base on information systems Meanwhile, participants understanding of the material presented by the resource person stated that 88% understood it, 94% stated that it was important in helping prepare financial reports.
