Abstract
The research analyzed on “Analysis on Moral Value of Mars Needs Moms Movie by Simon Wells.1) what is the moral value in the Mars Needs Mom’s movie from the problem of study. The writer used to descriptive qualitative method deals with an analytical descriptive. The thesis used descriptive method because to analysis moral value in this movie, the researcher does not need the statistics and numeral data to prove or answer the matter. The objective of this study was to know the moal values found in the Mars Needs Moms movie. This study used qualitative approach. There were many steps to collecting data, such as reading, watching, listening, selecting and classifying. After collecting data the writer looked for some references to support the problem analysis found in the story, such as article, books, and journals, as the other source to furnish of this thesis. The researcher found out that there are several values in the Mars Needs Moms movie. All values found could be classieds into: 1) moral value postive (good) which covered love and affection, wisdom, help, bravery, never give up, solidarity, sacrifice, regret, sorry and for giveness. 2) moral value negatif (bad) which covered quarrel and lies. Hopefully, this research is useful for the students of the English Departement of Panca Marga University of Probolinggo
