Abstract
This research was conducted in the fifth grade of Tarbiyah Islamic Elementary School consisting of 19 students with details of 9 male students and 10 female students. This type of research was Classroom Action Research which was carried out in 2 cycles while the stages were carried out in research. this includes planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This study aims to improve PKn learning outcomes by using quantum learning models. The data obtained in the study is that the cognitive learning outcomes of students after quantum learning is increased, which can be seen from the students' pre-action results, namely there are 13 students (68%) who get incomplete grades and 6 students (32%) get complete grades. In cycle 1, there was an increase, there were 6 students (32%) got incomplete scores and 13 students (68%) got complete grades. In the second cycle also experienced an increase in learning outcomes, namely there were 2 students (11%) who still did not get complete grades and 17 students (89%) others got complete grades. Learning outcomes in the affective domain of students also increased, namely in the pre-action there were 5 students (26%) scored very well and 14 students (74%) scored well. In the first cycle students' affective learning outcomes increased, 12 students (63%) got very good scores and 7 students (36%) got good scores. In the second cycle there is also an increase in affective learning outcomes of students, namely all students score very well with a score range of 7-9. Psychomotor domain learning outcomes also increased after the implementation of the quantum learning model with learning outcomes obtained during pre-action, namely 13 students (68%) got good scores and 6 students (32%) got a pretty good score. In cycle 1 experienced an increase that there were 2 students (11%) scored very well, 16 students (84%) got a good score and 1 student (5%) got a pretty good score. In cycle 2 also experienced an increase in learning outcomes that is there were 16 students (84%) got very good scores and 3 students (15%) others got good scores. Thus it can be concluded that the application of quantum learning models in Civics learning can improve learning outcomes of fifth grade students of Tarbiyah Islamic Elementary School.
